Lately, I have been obsessed with vintage belts! I love belts and how they can add life to any outfit. You can mix them or match them. They can add some color and add some flare. Don’t forget to check out the accessories section of the thrift store. Here are a few beauties from my closet I snagged from the local thrift/vintage store.
I have found some amazing belts thrifting and vintage hunting. You can wear these beauties with high waisted jeans, skirts, dress slacks and colorful jeans. The options are endless!
Don’t skip out on fun belts. Next up on the Thrift Diaries is… brooches and jewelry! Stay tuned, folks!
You ever find yourself in a store you shouldn’t be in because … budget restrictions? So I somehow ended up in Ulta on Sunday. I went in to look at DevaCurl products to figure out how to perfect a wash and go. I grabbed a bottle of gel and was leaving but I saw SALE signs in the Shea Moisture isle so I walked on over and BOOM. I noticed that there were about 10 items on sale for UNDER $3. A few of them were curl gels SO BUH BYE, DevaCurl and HEEYYYY Shea Moisture. Obviously, I put that $22 bottle back and grabbed
a few all of the items I wanted to try and/used before and liked.
I think that Ulta is just clearing out for another collection but that still works in my benefit. I grabbed the African Black Soap shampoo, conditioner and masque, High porosity moisture control gel and finishing elixir, the Nourish & Silkening Style gel-cream and the Detox and Fresh Leave-In Detangler. Guess how much I spent? $15.65 with tax! WINNING! I have used the African Black Soap line but the others will be trial and error. I may hit another Ulta to see what they have on sale sometime this week.
Found any good deals lately? Used any of these products? Let me know in the comments.
